I'm really worried about what's happening with iOS these days. Many customers have come with the same problem to the store, the phone or tablet is running and suddenly reboots. When try come back it stucks in the apple logo with white or black background.
I have noticed that more happens on iPhone series 5 and iPad 2 generation mini and regular. Even resetting the phone or tablet seems to improve for a moment, but then the problem returns.
In the first instance I thought about defective parts, because they were clients to whom I changed the screen, the first ones to come. But after that began to come several with that kind of sudden death, so the first thing was ruled out, with the application of guarantee that I offer of course, to replace again by a new and at no cost.
In devices that have never opened and only "died" for no apparent reason, almost the same patterns happen:
1. Cell phone or iPad running iOS 10 update.
2. iOS 8/9 which requires apparent updating.
3. IMPORTANT iPhone 4-5 series. IPad 1-2-3 generation.
To solve it, I have literally made the iPhone or iPad new, changing everything except the mainboard and the problem is solved for a maximum of 1 week and appear again.
My opinion: new iPhones & iPads just around the corner and it's an Apple way to tell you UPGRADE your device, we're not going support those.
